I think the record of 116 wins in a season is in play. No weaknesses to speak of (except maybe Mookie playing SS) IF they stay healthy, which is a big if.

Got up early and watched a few innings of each of the games in Japan. Those fans are sure different, they are deathly quiet like a tennis match, and then they go nuts cheering for the strangest of things. Should be a fun year.

Any concerns with Mookie? He has lost 15lbs in the last 4 days, Hope its nothing serious for him.

Sasaki with 5 BB's in 3 innings and only gave up 1 run is crazy

Me too. That guy HATES sitting out (a real throw-back to a bygone era). And rib/tissue around the rib injuries can take forever to heal.

He's definitely struggling, that's for sure. Would bet he's never had anything but success, so anything but that is a shock to the system. Pitching in front of four decks is obviously a pretty big jump. He'll be fine, the bones are there (good velocity, great movement). I would move him to be the #5 starter to lessen the pressure.
