yup, But the crappy dealers will sell you a brick if you are dumb enough to buy one. Just look above at SS newest experience, the dealer did NOTHING until the Manufacturer stepped in. Dealers don't give a chit and will not be your advocate unless forced to do so.

To be fair I was planning on taking care of the cover issue when I was originally going to take my car into the dealer. Then the stop ride issue came up and I did not take my car in.

But yes it is hit or miss on how dealers get things done. I had good experience with Jetworld (no longer in business) with my Can Am and the service manager going to bat for me on warranty issues with the aftermarket warranty company and doing work for me on a rush basis so I did not miss a trip. I had a shitty experience with Bert's and Can Am over my 2018 X3 throwing codes due to the spark plugs being loaded with that white paste. That one took a strongly worded email to Can Am to finally get it done.
