Killpecker?

I want to make a run this summer to Little Sahara or Killpecker. Killpecker is a smidgen farther, but it is almost all 2-lane, so, it would be farther time-wise....and it has a dirt road to get to it.

Has anybody on here been to Killpecker? Is it worth driving 208 miles?

I hear that dirt road is pretty rough! Have you considered st Anthony sand dunes?

St Anthony is a good long ways from me. Little Sahara is on 210.

I havnt done Killpecker. But have friends from Wyoming that have. They say its fun. No real hills though. Lots of wind.. Road in sucks. Especially if it has rained. They mostly do Little Sahara and St Anthony.
Ive done Little Sahara Utah a couple times. Some big dunes on the other side of the main hill. I had to have someone show me how to get to the back side. Dont go for Easter unless you like people camped on top of you.

Its a blast. I would drive past Killpecker to do Little Sahara.
