I suspect the inmates are running the asylum. The sewer guys says don't throw garbage in the sink, the recycle guys says rinse the cans. It's difficult  to do both. I refuse to rinse cans in the front yard, as that wastes water. Who are these idiots? I'm not that smart, but I think they are worse.
