All these FB videos reminded me of a story from a third cousin.

He was (and still is) an Eff up. He ended up in a juvenile sheriffs incarnation camp for some transgression.

Sheriffs being "In Control" forced the inmates to act as janitors for the "camp". (Smooth Move)

What the sheriffs did not know, the drugs and other things were dropped in the visitor parking lot trash cans.

Juvenile inmates emptied the cans, keeping the drugs and "Stuff" for sale later.

It was the best of times, it was the worst of times.
