It's Friday July 4th 2025.. What is everyone doing this weekend?

GLAMIS WEATHER
Just got back from skating up the Strand to visit friends at the Ironman Triathlon, a Hermosa Beach tradition that is now 52 years old (run a mile, paddle a mile, then drink a six pack of yore preferred ICDB). Winner is the first person to complete it and hold it down for 20 minutes afterward. It's a South Bay right of passage and a good time was being had by all (except those who were puking). It's grown huge over the last decade and there had to have been over a thousand people there.

Gonna lay low until noon or so and then head down to the pier to see what shenanigans are going Figure I'll play the rest of the weekend by ear . . .
