Fireworks in AZ or NV?

I cannot get a clear answer on buying fireworks in either Arizona or Nevada.
What can you buy and when?
Specifically looking for mortars or the fun boxes that shoot a barrage. Are those available at all? Reservations?

Nevada, AZ does not have the good stuff as far as I can tell.

Avi just south of laughlin.

And theres another place in ft mohave in az.Not sure of the name but if you cross over the needles bridge from ca heading into az its about a mile or so right across from the arco am/pm But Avi has better selection
