As a parent do you ever lose the anxiety for your kids?

It was minor stuff

Minor In possession of alcohol, community service

Off roading, this was honestly a fiasco. Had 3 police helicopters and at least 20 patrol cars from different cities along with a wack from a cop on side of head with a club when he came up behind me. No charges were ever filed

All part of growing up
 
As soon as someone says the word anxiety I'm done them. Oh the unknown future makes my anxiety spike. Later looser.

The word I can't handle people using ..."trama" Oh my childhood trama. I suffer trama....

The kids using that word didn't even grow up in the 70's and 80's....You have no idea.... :ROFLMAO:

i was there lol! more than once, luckily back then it was a ticket and confiscate and you were on your way............oh the days.
 
Daughter is fearless and would high dive off cliffs and excelled other sports. Not a wuss.
At 30 she got her pilots license and landed my Sisters airplane at it's correct landing speed of 145 MPH and that is scary watching from the airports bar window. Crazy fast ya gotta be 100% on your game.
I don't think it ever leaves.
 
Both daughters are in their mid 30s the worrying went away after they both got married to great guys. It came screaming back with the grandkids!!! Not so much worried just want the best for them all

Hey I had a lot of head trauma when I was growing up? I bounced my head of the concrete many times 😀
Yes it explains a lot now.
 
well he made it lol. i'll probably drink tonite to wind down. now just to make it back!!!!!!!!!

I had a similar "incident" police chase with 2 of my buddies - It was CRAZY !!!!
 
Trama and Triggered are terms you won't find guys here crying over, we are boomers and gen x.

We grew up when a latch key locked door was normal as a babysitter, seat belts were an accessory not a necessity, boy scout troops where mostly at catholic churches, hazing was an expected part of sports, band, Highschool, whatever...

Just saying
