I currently have my Moho insured with Safeco. For unknown reasons my premium jumped 150%. I have a very attractive quote from Progressive that is less than what my Safeco policy was before it went up. Curious if anyone has had any claims with Progressive on an RV and how they were with valuation? I can’t get agreed value over $100k so it is an actual cash value policy. A claim is unlikely but you never know and I don’t want to get screwed any more than can be avoided.

I was in the claims business with another carrier. Progressive was always known to be cheap when it comes to paying claims. Body shops did not like doing business with them.

Try roamly I’ve been thinking about switching I currently have progressive but no claims

I've had Progressive for 10 years on my 40' RV. Only filed one claim 3 years ago when debris blew across the 86 and cracked my windshield and scratched the body. Filed, a rep called me a few days later, adjuster showed up a week later, did his thing, about two weeks later a check showed up for ~$7k. Dropped it at the local RV shop and they took care of it, and a few other items. No complaints from me.

Cut to 6 weeks ago and a Progressive insured lady hit my truck and I'm dealing with a Progressive adjuster, who is not making things easy, even though they've already taken 100% responsibility.

Had a claim on my toy hauler about 3 years ago. Super easy and they were very fair on the repair payout. They paid the RV shop directly and didn’t fight them on any of the needed repairs.

I ended going with Progressive. I got another quote from Foremost for an Agreed Value policy but it was 3x the premium. Safeco was 5x what Progressive quoted. I use the Moho very little so just can’t justify the higher premiums.

When I had Progressive they replaced a windshield on my RV. It was pretty easy process.
