Anybody recognize this frame

Hey all looking at buying a car. Title says sand limo. Curious if anybody could confirm if it was actually a sand limo and had ever driven one everything in the car seem in good working order just curious about the shock towers

looks like a sandwinder with front shock hoops added. look closely at the frame for cracks
