Motor is completely torn down now. Found broken dog in 6th gear. Looks like i will basically have a new motor top to bottom

Clutch basket and clutch are toast The piston/bore was pretty loose tolerances so new piston and rings. The crank is a little tight, and the countershaft seal is inset so may as well take bottom end apart, inspect everything new bearings, seals, crank assy. Not 100% sure how I want to go...
