    Mac's Car Refresh

Coming along nicely! Do you have a process you can share on wiring the CV bolts like that? I assume you would start with a single wire of "x" length and go through the first bolt, twist the end and extra length, then move to the next and so on?

    Gen 4 Update

Update - Well, I got the finished car out for the Funco Regatta and one additional weekend after. I put 124 miles on it Saturday and another 86 miles on the following Saturday. The good: I can't believe how amazing the 3" Kings are. I almost didn't do that upgrade, and I am so glad that I...

    Tire question

For a 15" wheel I believe so. You would have to go to a 17" to go with the 35" or 36" sizes.

    Lets talk Engine Builders...

I had a bada$$ LS1 built from Danzio in the past, and another LS1 built from CBM, both N/A and both ran awesome. It seems that when your stepping into the high dollar TT motors Redline is the go to. If I was spending that much on a motor, I would want the builder that is out in Glamis...

    Shocks... Cerakote Vs. Powdercoat

When I tore my shocks down I used a MAP gas torch to burn off any residual acetone or oils after the sand blasting. As stated above, I used the non bake 5 day cure Cerakote. It sucks because it takes 5 days but its well worth it. From what I see, the Steel-It does look comparable and seems...

    Shocks... Cerakote Vs. Powdercoat

For the original 2.5's, I tore the shocks down, sand blasted them, cleaned them, cooked them, then Cerakoted them in matte black. The process is lengthy but worth it. The Cerakote only lasts a few seasons before youll get lightened thin spots. For Springs I would powder them.
