I did last time there . I guess I'm not that confident now. Where you camp at,I may need to "visit" some night. Just kidding,I hate thieves. One thing about Little Sahara/Oklahoma and StA is the thieves are few and far between.

Will be there with 3 others for a week. Been going to St Anthony mostly and we have a couple houses at the little dunes in Oklahoma we frequent. Plenty of dune time.

How bad of a problem is it on gecko road campsites? I am thinking of taking an extra sxs and it would be the only thing other than 3- 55 gallon drums of e85 on open trailer while out riding. Should I just leave sxs at home? Any suggestions on securing the drums of fuel? Need I worry about the fuel?

It's been 15 years since last trip to Glamis. I never gave it a thought then . I wasn't very bright. LOL!! How much do I need be concerned today? Will be there last week of February.

Some do,some don't. Personally ,I believe it depends on the driver and how he respects or abuses the trans regardless of clutch or not. Some of us break anvils with rubber hammers.

I never use a clutch with my FRS5 Fortin. Never. Of course I have a converter though. LOL! Shifting without using the clutch is no different than riding a motorcycle. Most good offroad riders do clutchless shifting. Done right , clutchless shifting is actually easier on the trans. Or so I have...
