He actually still lives in SD as well. The Padres basically fired him. Padres have had 7 different Managers since then.

In my 47 years on this planet... I can't say that seeing the Padres making smart choices, is common behavior for them.

That was a strange one. I guess even a major leaguer is capable of a brain fart now and then. What amazes me about baseball is that, no matter how much you watch, you can sometimes still see something you've never seen before.

While the Phillies are playing well, they are flawed, their base running just showed it. Their infield defense is terrible as well. When you get to the playoffs, these blunders multiply. We all remember last year in the playoffs, the pitcher brain farting on where to throw the ball?Watched it live, thought I was still watching the Padres
No idea why JT would run back to 2nd base, you were standing on 3rd. If he would have stayed, 2 outs with a man on 3rd, bonehead decision.
