Yes. I worked for a guy in the 80's who loved them, even thought they were already outdated, and he had a bunch of different ones (Mack, Pete, KW, etc.). So I learned to drive them, super fun! Especially a fast-revving Detroit (like a 125 dirt bike), or using the Jake to drop the R's fast to shift the main box on a Cummins. And there is absolutely no need to do it, but if you can stick your arm through the wheel and shift them both at the same time with no grinding it is pretty cool...
