My wife, kids and I are white and 3 of my children are in their 20's and moving into their careers.

All this 'helping Black Businesses' is making me more ... (wouldn't say racist),.. but discriminatory. It will have the opposite effect. If my white Son is put at a disadvantage because of his race, then I feel it's my duty to tip the scales to make it fair.. by avoiding businesses who make a big deal about being black owned and likely subsidized...etc. Goes for all WOKE companies.. Nike and all the rest.. get woke.. you're gonna go broke..  yup.. it will continue to backfire and further divide this phony racist narrative (that isn't real).

Black people are the worst RACIST people on earth. Test it....try to be kind to them and see what you get in return. I was looking at a job at the Everman Independent School District Bus parking lot. The bus drivers there were all black women. When they were walking to their buses, they walked within 5' of me. I looked right at them and said "Howdy Ladies". They didn't acknowledge my existence. No reply no nothing. They hate the white man. And i'm there to help them open their yard gate. without me, they can't do their jobs! I still smiled at everyone of them. With the thought in my mind.....EFF YOU RACIST BIATCHES! Peace

There was a black lady in the grocery store standing next to item I needed and I said "Good morning". Her responses was a very scary " I don't know you".  I felt sad inside. 

 
This morning at the gas station a young Man of color was filling up his car with gas. Very distinguished looking fellow. Exchanged pleasant words with each other. You could tell he was a working man trying to make it in society like a NORMAL human being. Not everyone is a Mean Racist scumbag! Peace 

 
Unfortunately today, only the black will be allowed to undo this cancer.. it was wrong a long time ago, and we had a civil war to end it.. it’s still wrong today.. you can thank the toxic left for the BS narrative 

 
I seen a black man wearing red with a lot of Ferrari logos all over, in a not so nice neighborhood. I thought "He doesn't have a Ferrari".

Then in the parking lot, guess what kind of car he got into?

1988 I'm testing to be LEO, got to the medical, I was 5' 10'' & weighed 196lbs, LA Sheriff failed me because I didn't meet the BMI scale/chart requirements.

Get hired by another agency, they send me to LA Sheriff academy, Standing next to Mr Chavez (alphabetical order), who is wearing a LA Sheriff uniform, he is no taller than me but has the profile of Alfred Hitchcock and had me by at least 50lbs. We start talking - nice guy by the way - and he asked me why I wasn't LASD, I looked at him and said I didn't pass the medical, you know the height/weight part, he chuckled and said 'that, and you're white'. I said yup. 

Different rules for different people, all there to do the same job! There were females in my class that could not have possibly passed the BMI scale/chart but they were hired just the same.

 
I lost the DFW International Airport contract which I had for five years to a (Minority Owned) company. The purchasing dept guy said "We have to hire Minority owned companies". The bad thing was.....they came in at $50.00hr labor. All the guys at the airport knew there was NO WAY they could do that work for that kind of money. The Airport people we were associated with loved us. BTW......the DFW Airport is spread out across four cities. It's massive. Six (6) Fire Stations not counting all the bus depots /  service stations etc.... It's huge. The DFW Airport and Superior Door had a great working relationship that could have lasted for years. Needless to say, that company is no longer in business and we have not been involved in the contract negotiations since. Peace

 
Affirmative action is just one of many liberal agendas that have focked this country all up.

I like to ask liberals, "When you go into the hospital for brain surgery, do you want the white guy who was the best in medial school, or the black guy who would never have passed if he had been white?"

When they answer, "The white guy!" then I tell them, "According to your fellow libtards, you're a racist!!"

If it wasn't for affirmative action, you wouldn't have to question the qualifications of certain people. I still remember the SF firefighters, all the whites with the high scores got passed over, all of the blacks who failed the test got promoted. If the guys who got screwed hadn't filed a lawsuit over it, nobody would have neve known this had happened to them. Even the Navy had quotas for blacks and women in certain ratings that they couldn't pass the tests to get into. It didn't help them, since they usually failed every test and ended up getting dropped. They got used and eaten by the system. They ended up either as cooks or boatswain's mates, far from the radioman or sonar tech job they thought they were going to get. 

 
Grocery store is a great place to practice profiling. You can look at a checker and tell if theyre fast. You can also look down an aisle and determine if the people shopping there are going to hold you up. Because they dont care about anyone but themselves. Totally in the way. I walk fast and usually have the shopping cart in a slide making sounds like its bouncing off the rev limiter. Baaah dah da da da!!!!!! 

Pro tip, put the heavy items in the front of the cart. Back end slides around easy.

Minority and women's owned businesses get lots of hand outs like that, but there are ways to beat them at there own game.

Your wife starts a company who buys doors she will become the wholeseller to your company is one way around it.

There was an electrical company here that the owner had his daughter start a company. All the trucks his company drove were leased from her all the tools she leased from him. All the employees except her were from his company.
