I have Verizon but thinking of switching to At&t or T-mobile. I can usually barely stream tv or a movie from my phone when camped at Gordon's, even worse at glamis. Anyone have better luck with any of the other providers?

The problem is the tower itself has to connect to the Internet via microwave. Only so much bandwidth you’re gonna get there, and 200,000 users showing up for a couple weekends a year isn’t helpful.

As stated: Starlink.

ATT has worked for me in out in the dunes more than my verizon ever has. Ill get phone calls while duning in certain spots. But anywhere near The Flag Pole or China and i get nothing.

AT&T for me. No issues except on busy weekends. Both Gecko and Washes. Or out in the dunes for that matter.

If you want to stream in camp, consistently.......get Starlink.

thank you for your input. looks like I'll go with at&t and will looking into starlink

I have heard that the Verizon broadband Internet service works pretty well.

Had Verizon for years most weekends it was fair except big weekends. Might be able to browse at 5 am for a min or two. This was for washes and gecko. Head towards Gordon’s then it was pretty good.

Now have att and it’s definitely better in bigger weekends not full strength but good enough to stream music and browse. My wife had att the whole time and glamis was only one of a couple places her phone worked better than my Verizon did.
