Where’s everyone off-roading this weekend?

We originally were going to head out shea rd in Parker or somewhere off in the distance away from the crowds but now with dealing with some extended family issues and having mom here (which I am very thankful for) we r just gonna keep it local in Havasu and do a few day rides.

I believe we are heading to Oatman on Friday for a group ride and my mom and a few kids will ride in the truck out there!

Where are you off-roading?

Anyone in havasu up for shorter 30-60 mile rides?

Ocotillo Wells in the Jeep. Dropped my Motorhome off at a friend’s property on the way back from Mother G Fri-Tues.
 
Headed for Glamis solo first thing tomorrow morning! Can't wait, it's been to long...

Buttercup....

We had a killer ride today. The Warrior.s starter stopped spinning....the.solenoid engages, the starter is getting juice, and when I hook the jump box up....Nada.

The dealer in Yuma says, we ain't got one, 2 weeks, 250. So, w.re parking facing downhill and pull/rope starting it. Rocky Mtn ATv says $90

Other than that....life is good.

After many years in glamis t day I but back couple years ago. This year staying local gonna do a bar tour Saturday with some off roading between them

Sorry, don't have more pics. We're riding dirt bikes and don't typically stop for many pics. My youngest is totally stoked to be riding her new KX 112. PXL_20241128_000345567.jpg

The pics are important to the website.. bust most importantly the pics are preserving these times for future reference for all time.

Try to take a few every now and again., now that we are on my servers they will be indexable forever.. even if I died tomorrow in some horrible oily p-diddy party they will still be here. 🤪

I'm not riding anywhere this weekend.. My SXS however is out at JV with my youngest son so does that Kinda count
 
Ocotillo Wells. Shake down run for my buggy after swapping engines. Still having some idle issues, but just going to put some miles on it and try a couple more things in the field.

That is cool and frightening to me at the same time.. lol. On one hand I am looking forward to my kids taking the boats and Offroad toys out on their own, simultaneously I’m terrified of it for them and my toys.. lol

As some of you might have read in the new ownership party thread I have been dealing with some…. “Intense” family issues I’d guess you’d say. Elderly mom situation, sister not only tried to fleece her but tried to sell her house kinda stuff.. lawyers cops you name it.. so long story short been extremely stressed and busy..

Last night was the first night (even living in the desert) that I had a chance to “escape” for lack of a better term..

Off-Roading really does cleanse the soul. Today the future seems a lot better than it did yesterday.
