mvd, you gotta have it inspected by adot also. level 2 inspection if i recall. i just went to the mvd here in havasu on the day that adot is on site and did everything in about an hour. inspection first, adot officer does his deal and puts the vin on, then you go inside the mvd and pay your omeny for a title and plate.

3rd party reg service may be an option as well. we didnt have one in havasu at the time i did my cars, so i dont know the capabilities of the 3rd party.

yep just bring some receipts and once you get the level 2 inspection you need to hit DMV and get a vin tag and title.
