Upon further investigation, and looking at the photos, it’s probably a fresh water or gray water dump… I didn’t see any doodie.





 
Off-duty cop was driving by and saw what was happening so he recorded it and claims he saw the logs and the toilet paper possibly going into a nearby creek.
