Need to make a few brake cables in a custom length for a few A+ suspension bike kits. Anybody know a place that makes custom length cables

Thanks,

:poule:

I had to do it once. I just got the closest cable and had the end re-crimped. I would check with a shop that might do custom Harley stuff, they would be more likely to have the crimps and tools needed.  When I had mine done many years ago the shop that did it for me was a custom bike shop.

Give Jaime a call at Clairmont Cycle supply in Kearny Mesa, He used to make them all the time, not sure if he still does

Mechanical? They are very easy to make yourself. Buy sleeve and cable. Cut to lenth, crimp guide ends on sleeve, solder ball or barrel in cable. Have to do this regularly on my kids race bikes

Flanders is the go to for any vintage iron and old models from years gone by....they OEM replacements for everything.

Cool if they do custom work too.

I did the same for my zinger build. Pretty simple job.
