So I just bought a hybusa sand rail and it has a set of combo spindles on the front. I’m looking to put a set of can am wheels and tires on it but would like to just change the hubs to that bolt pattern. The only other thing I think I could do which I don’t like would to be to go to wide force then an adapter from there. Rather have the car set up to just bolt a set of sxs wheels. Just curious if anyone has seen or knows of a shop that can do it.

sxs wheel and tire setups are heavy and i doubt that car will hold up with all that weight on the front corners.

you want a canam hub to fit a combo snout? You'd need to know the bearing sizes to see what can be done. Likely a canam stub axle machined down and welded to the combo spindle

been trying to find an adapter for my dad that goes from VW wide5 to 4-156 for similar reasons, nada so far
I don't think the weight is an issue.... steel 15" VW wheel and street tire vs alum rzr rim and ohv tire. They can't be that different.

you want this bearing https://kryptoniteproducts.com/prod...mGtpBWXT_d08u8-41aA-S1c9K0-ET2mGgagJx9HSIRZUo

to fit on combo stub which is 1.25 and 1 inch bearings

see the problem is the stub axle / wheel hub

What you need is this stub end of the axle

fastest option would be to buy these and weld them to the combo

Correct me if I'm wrong, but doesn't the CanAm hub rotate inside the spindle mounted bearing with the axle stub running through the center? The axle stub does not move relative to the hub so even welding that cutoff in place of the combo spindle will not allow for rotation.

These are just inserts to use in place of the axle shaft to keep the hub together when converted to 2wd.

Is there a particular reason you want to go from a tried/true spindles with plenty of wheel options to the Can Am hub? Seems like a downgrade to me.

That’s looking like my favorite option
