Hey guys, having a hard time selling my Sand Car. I’ve had it posted for a while and I haven’t had any luck with trying to sell it. The market is kind of strange right now. Maybe I’m asking too much? Or maybe the right buyer just hasn’t seen the car. Any information would be appreciated.

Are you getting any calls? What price are you at?

2 seaters are a little harder to find the right buyer, the car is bad ass and I am sure handle well and a blast to drive.

2D cars range from $50k and lower, depending on the cars, this is asking price, I am guessing the actual purchase price is much lower. Outside of Funco, most are around the $30k range.

I was asking 35k dropped it down to 30k and I’ve had two people message me and they offered me 20k.

Those are tire kickers. Real offers come from interested people in person. I say let the season roll out. Someone will jump on it for sure. The only thing I think is getting in the way (for some people) is the whole race gas thing. If it can be tuned to 91 you'd probably market to a few more people. Just an opinion though. Good luck!

Seems like it priced to sell.....be patient.

Are you advertising it on STR8UP Toytrader?

I've always had success on there.

I would imagine the subi motor is making it hard to sell but I still believe its in the right price range. This one is going to take someone that knows the value in that setup

back in 06 there were two of these RR cars and I was drooling over them at $45k new, ha ha..... now 20yrs later I still drool and can't afford them
Mr. Smith also did the company name dirty back then, these were awesome cars built right back then
