What's it worth? (LS engine)

So thinking of going a different route, I'm curious what you guys think my junk is worth. Ls6, with CBM cnc heads, Fast intake and throttle body, cbm cam and mefi 4 with cbm tune. It would be complete, adapter, flywheel, clutch, headers, wire harness, everything. A plug and play package. CBM claims these make just over 500 hp, but I have nothing to back that up. Sounds great, run perfectly, pulls hard. I would take potential buyers for a quick ride and do a compression test on the spot.

So what do you guys feel that is worth in today's market?

Not making any moves just yet, but hopefully soon.....

What car is it coming out of?

 
Unfortunately it was in the car before I bought it, so how many trips is unknown. The seller told me he only made a few trips, and I've probably made around 12-15 weekends with it. This is why I would do a compression check with potential buyer, I'm not sure what else I could offer. It's coming out of my current car, I've had it for...  well this will be my 3rd season with it, if I keep it

Just admit it, you can't stand having a GM engine in your car that just works. With all that free time you have, seems like a good idea to swap a gigantic Coyote in there that won't have the torque you've gotten used to, right?

And yes, i hate having an bhole engine... 

And I have no idea when I would make time for this either!!!

Do a compression test and a leak down test, that should tell us plenty.

My buddy just sold his stroker LS6 complete for 8500.  IT was a 383 at 580hp

 
It'll definitely be a Ford product...... and it'll definitely have more torx then it does now.

 
wow, I have not seen one of those in a while.  I have to admit this is the first thing I think of when I see one of those motors.  LOL. 

The old JBA shop was down the street from my house & they used to have car shows all of the time & some of those little 5.0's were DAMN impressive.
