Pretty sure I spun a bearing, knocks and crank has play. Wondering what it might be worth, going to commit to an engine swap so I don’t need it for parts.

Dual port 2276, unknown internals. Dual webers ( IDF 44s if I recall), external filter and oil cooler. Tri mil exhaust.

Ran well until it didn’t 🤣 it still has compression.

crappy pics but we all pretty much know what an ACVW looks like

Check vwtrader on instagram. Crazy what people are asking for vw stuff

Friend got $900.00 for one that needed lots of stuff but had an old turbo on it. Heck one cylinder had gotten water in it and had rust build up.

Carbs, filters & linkage probably 800 to 1000

exhaust, doghouse, chrome tin, cooler, remote filter a couple hundred

internals unknown but you could probably sell it that way for a few hundred.

I know it’s crazy these days. Few years ago I had a well built 2275 with lot of great parts h beam rods strait cuts wedgemate for crank alm case etc. was 4500 in just parts at the current time only able to get 2500. But most vw enthusiast want no more than 1914 for street and the German stuff pulls the bucks.
