What kind of trim is this?

Im looking to add lights in the new enclosed and want to hide wires at the same time. I can seem to find what this trim is called in google searches? Anyone have an idea?

Ive never known it to be called anything.  in mine it was just a piece of sheet metal, with lights mounted in it.  (& that one looks to have speakers too.

Are those floor lights down the middle?

There are made in house, they are just bent up aluminum laser cut then bend in a brake, or get a sheet of aluminum and shear it then brake the side,
