Some of you know I have been looking at Prescott, AZ for a while (10+ years) Got serious about 2 years ago and we recently closed on a home!!!
We'll be splitting time between here and Cali for a while as Mom has some health problems and I can't leave full time just yet. The plan is 2-3 weeks in Az and 1-2 in Cali. It will be a lot of driving but worth it. We have some things we want to do right away and the rest will come. Need a good contractor for some interior work. I have been tackling the outside, lots of weeding to get on top of and some tree trimming to do.
We are on .96 of an acre (so I just call it an acre) 2063 sq' brick home, 4 bed / 2 bath, single story with an attached 2 car garage. Bonus is the detached 3 car garage! I have room for my moho on a concrete pad next to the 3 car and my enclosed is on dirt on the opposite side of the house. Got a great view of Granite Mountain. Got flooring to do in 3 of the bedrooms - that may turn into LVP for the entire house, we'll see. Going to open up one of the bedrooms in the front, it will make the main living area much bigger and we still have a guest bedroom and an office that can double as a guest room if needed.
