There are lots of stupid people out there that need to be saved from themselves. There is not enough data there to make a decision. Riding w/o a helmet is stupid.
 
Well that sounds like a job well done. Surprised that only 10% of those people were idiots....figured it would have been higher than that.

These kinds of round ups are exactly what our sport needs, an education that costs them money in fines. Too many uneducated off-roaders out there. Enforce the current laws so they don't make up new bs laws for us.
