Wanted to see what of filter/outlet people are using on their catch cans/breathers for the motors. Catch can I am running has a 1 inch outlet but I am not sure that has enough flow. I was chasing a turbo drain line backing up issue last season and I finally realized my crank case pressure was too high as I did not have proper ventilation of the valve covers.

What size filter outlets are on your catch can and with what motor?

Supercharged LS1, 13 lbs of boost.

I run -10 vents from each valve cover to a catch can.

What size filter inlet do you have on the catch can?
I use Moroso 85468 catch can.  3" filter I think.

I use the Motion Raceworks Breather can on mine.  2 -10AN breather hoses (one from each valve cover) to the can with a 3" filter on top.  NA LS6 for me.

Do you have any pics of how you mounted it?

I’m also running -10 fittings welded to the valve covers plumbed to a motion raceworks catch can, ball valve on the catch can and a drain line through the skid plate. Lots of moisture running e85 so I’ll drain it every morning.
