As for Flags not tall enough, my son got pulled over for it not being tall enough on his Motorcycle......For my buggy, I have been running 5 1/2 ft whips, I keep breaking them (I have tried 3 brands). I am going with 4' now.

Stay away from the Drags and you pretty much remove yourself from getting pulled over for anything.
