Upgrade path....

I am wanting to change some of my guns around. I have a Sig P229 with both a .40 and a 9mm barrel, and a lot of extras including ~400 rnds of ammo. I want a 45 acp instead, and I want a decent one. 

I also have an AO Sword AR-15 that was customer made, and a Ruger american predator in .223 I was to swap to a Ruger precision in either 6.5 creedmore or .308. I have a lot of .223 that I made with my recipe for these rifles ( I reload) and they are both very accurate.

I would either do a trade with someone, or sell them and buy what I want. I'm trading around because I don't shoot these and want something different. I have other stuff, but want to move these 3 guns.

Is Gunbroker or Calguns the best way to do this? Don't want to consign them and lose 20%.

If the Sig is no longer on the "Roster", Calguns would bring the most money hands down.  Not sure about the long guns.
