Turning Break- Broke

My turning break hasn’t worked since I installed it new back in 2005.  Just forgot about it and learned to drive without it.  It’s a single handle CnC unit.   What’s the best way to get this POS working?  I lied a little bit above, I’ve bled it on several occasions, but it still moves back and forth with little or no resistance.  Mushyville!

A couple things to check would be the adjustment of the linkage and the bore size. They have 1 size for drum and another for disc. Of course that is assuming that the plumbing is correct.

Removing the rear calipers or jacking up the rear to raise above the master cylinder and turning brake level helps when bleeding helps as well.
