I'm not a fan of blaming certain groups at this early stage. I was working construction and taking a leak at a military complex back in the Oklahoma bomb time, next stall to a military officer, we were both blaming who we thought were the obvious bastards. We were both wrong. 

 
It's time to bring back law and order to this country like back in the 3 strikes days !. Whatever happened to that anyway ?. And stop treating criminals like the nice little mama boys that their not. Wtf !
