Transaxel question

Hey everyone! I have an LS3 4 liter Whipple Buckshot. I bought it with a Fortin H in it. I've since then destroyed that tranny, had it fully rebuilt by McMullen and have it listed for sale.

I'm trying to figure out how I'm going have fun in the dunes this year. I have a Funco being built but won't be done prob 7 more months.

Like everyone else, I can't find the S4D or S5D that I need, or even worse time line on an Albins.

What I can have within 3 weeks is a Fortin 5 speed sequential. Theyre 29k. Ouch. What would you do? Throw this H back in and baby around having fun, or go for the Fortin, or wait for a miracle D box?

Reinstall the H pattern, enjoy the season and drive conservatively until you get the D box or Albins.

Thank you guys so much for thinking of me and tagging me in his post. I just happened to see it on FB, sent a deposit and picking it up Sunday. Can't wait to see everyone at Glamis!
