Excellent video of his highlights and career up until that first post.  Dude throws from every direction which makes for a difficult defense!

He's a better striker than Connor was.  Definitely doesn't have the power, but he's considerably harder to approach with that reach.

That being said, Bantamweight and Welter/Lightweight are completely different games.  He's unusually tall/light/powerful for his weight class.
