The pendulum is swinging back Hard!!!

It's too far gone. All of the DEI hires from the last 30 years are now well into the upper echelons of the largest corporations. These people will continue to hire other like minded individuals. Since they were hired for reasons other than skill, ability, education, and hustle, they won't be promoting people below them with a stronger skillset as their own position will be in jeopardy. The headlines are promising that DEI is quickly dying but I promise you that isn't the case. I'm watching the monster that is affirmative action and its hold on the corporation I work for absolutely ruin it. It's scary how powerful the movement is.

Diversity should go down in history as blatant and illegal discrimination against straight white males and Asians to some extent.
I was only able to get into one of the largest defense contractors by passing all eight sections of their test by at least 80%.
The only diversity in my field was related to skills. Nobody that checked even one of those boxes passed that test in the 20+ years that I was there.
