From the video, it looks like he ran over him on purpose- likely racial hate (oh, the irony).  That would be poetic justice- a pretentious phony honk being mowed down on purpose by a racist honk-hating fellow BLM supporter.

He didn't hit just him.  He ran over him completely like clu-bump, clu-bump, clu-bump, then fled the scene.

The guy had several broken bones and liver damage.
