Leaving in the morning for the shake down weekend.

Storage set at dunes edge.

100+ gal of fuel

Trailer set with notepad and pen for new list.

Been toooooo long and I'm missing stupid chit.

Tables mia.

Shovel mia.

Pole for awning deployment mia.

And who knows what else.

Ain't gonna stop this trip.

Can't believe how much stuff grew legs missing a season.

Trip report in the G52 thread to come.

Hooking up with @Squatcher so I've got a riding buddy. Mr and Mrs @Mac joining in on the shake down as well.

And so begins that magic time of year in the middle of october. Blown trailer/motorhome season. Always lasts 2 weeks in the middle of october. This is sure to make the 1 lane construction traffic east if alpine on i8 even more fun

Have fun, post pictures.

Dunes are currently getting a nice reset.  Reports are there's still some moisture from all the summer rain we got.

I'm glad I take 79 up, complete chit show...

Cars running great.  Haven't used the high hp setting. Running on setting 2, which is around 550 hp.

Rear shocks needed some tuning and adjusting the rebound in a turn has helped.

I'll try and get a video up here in a bit.  Verizon on pad 4 is weak.

All in all I'm stoked.

One of the bypass tubes on the rear shocks is hitting the inside of the tires. Going to try and swap rear shocks and put the bypass tubes in board towards the body.

I have a set of wheel spacers that would fix the shock rubbing issue if you need. I think they are 1.5 or 2”.  Got them when I needed 2” backspacing wheels and could only find 3.5”
