we have been going to these things the last couple of years & figured I would share this with the group before the summer is over.  LOL.

The El Cajon car show on July 12th is the annual Off Road Madness night. Main Street is closed down and there are tons of unique vehicles as well as some race cars and teams. It’s usually the best one of the season 

 
Friday nights Escondido car show...I like it more than the El Cajon and La Mesa shows...cool area where they have the show.

Every Saturday morning Cars and Coffee in Rancho Sante Fe...if you like exotic cars, it's unreal the amount of money in cars are here every Saturday morning. Old to new cars here.

Cruise nights in Ramona on Thursdays...even though this is my hometown, it's the worst of the summer car shows...it's just people driving up and down the street and not really a show - Ramona doesn't have a good area as the main drag is also a main roadway for traffic...wish they'd use one of the side streets and block it off...would help local businesses and make it more of an event.

And for all you guys that don't play because you don't want to hurt your hands, This is the first year with a ALL GLOVE division. Thank is right, a mens GLOVE division (Camitt). No excuses anymore. We have tried to make it as easy as possible for everyone. Parking passes, glove division, FLIP Pub for public beer/cocktails sales, Circle of Champions has unlimited cocktails/beer/food plus live bands each day, seating in the shade and for the ladies, clean bathrooms! Circle of Champs is $45/day. That is the best deal on the island!
