Steven Tires?

I was at the dunes this past week.  There was a rail w/some tires, that appeared to be small.  It was in the dark and I was using my flashlight.  The tires were 13.0s, and seemed small.

I thought that they were Steven tires.  I just found nothing about them on the net.

I wonder if they could have been Sand Vipers.  I didn't find much on them on the net either.  They do make a 13.0 tire.

IS there a Steven Paddle tire>

Pretty sure it’s sand vipers, for some reason they say Stephen, buddy has a set. There are also Renee, I think they are the desert trak clones.

My buddy has a set on his little Buckshot bullet, but IIRC it's "Stephen" not "Steven."
