St. Anthony's Dune Question

Hey Y'all!  We're Heading up to the Idaho dunes next week for the first time. Is there any special OHV passes we need? Taking a couple sand cars that are registered in CA. We're staying at Sand Hill RV park. Thanks!

I would almost think so. When we went to Utah we had to get some. I know it’s a different state but.

You need a non resident OHV certificate. We’ve always bought them but hav never been checked.

There is an Idaho tag for out of state but never had one

We never had one nor were checked. Check at the office if they sell them.

Yes and they are very friendly and nice.  Met them several times, and it was always great!

We were there last week. Had CA green sticker and no one asked for anything more.  Iirc sand hills does sell the permit.  The spots there are tight.......

You are supposed to have a nonresident permit they use to accept your home state ohv permit but not any longer. And you will really like the dunes there they are awesome and we like Sandhill resort.Enjoy your trip

I got one, to be respectful to the state of idaho, 

It a online permit, and you print it out on line,  I was never asked for it,

We stayed at Idaho Dunes RV,  not sure why but once or twice a day the Sheriff would drive into and around camp,  one was in a Hum-V the other in a SUV,  but was in camp almost every day,
