Does anyone have a source for halfway decent metric grease fittings? I bought a giant set of them from Amazon and to say that they are made of Silly Putty would be an insult to Silly Putty (I snapped off two of them just pulling the grease gun coupler off). Specifically I am looking for 6mm-1.0 90 degree zerk fittings, but I would like to have a whole set of reasonably good ones. I went to Autozone and Napa here and they only had straight ones, and I bought an assortment at Harbor Freight today that came with just two of what I was looking for. I installed one and it just leaked grease all over (I tried two different couplers, both of which I know are good).

So, if anyone has a source of decent ones that I can order, please let me know. I have a bunch of old-school (i.e. made in the USA probably fifty years ago) SAE grease fittings, but if I ever use them up I will probably be in the same boat there too.

I guess I am a sucker for cheap shiny stuff, and therefore part of the reason that good stuff is hard to find these days.

speaking of grease zerks i have one i have to grease at 90* angle, come from the side not straight on it.  Again bought off amazon but it was a wide POS i took a grinder to thin it down and it didnt work in the end. Any suggestions?
