There you go again buying friendsBought a couple of passes from the ASA booth at the Sancho along with family and friends.
The amount the vendors get to put in there pocket is the same across the board, Weather you buy from the ASA, Cycle Shop or at the AM/PM they all get the same cut. Not sure what happens to that $6.00 or so they get.Got mine @ the ASA booth... I'm assuming they get some cut from it Vs. buying it from the BLM booth.
That bee me. Yes, we make $6 on a yearly and a $1.50 on weekly. You are also correct on buying them upfront. I just shelled out $15,000.00 in passes yesterday. We do get to return them for a refund at the end of the season. But it usually takes a few months to get our money back. :ez:The amount the vendors get to put in there pocket is the same across the board, Weather you buy from the ASA, Cycle Shop or at the AM/PM they all get the same cut. If memory serves me one member here owns some gas stations in Yuma and El Centro who sold them. Not only did he make pennies for selling them he also had to buy up front. Which is why you will find that towards the end of the season weekly passes get real hard to find. Nobody wants to shell out for something that becomes void and if you had two left in inventory the entire season could be a bust.
