Getting one this year for the RV. Is there a way to "affix" it to put it on the truck if we do a day trip? Asking for a friend

They are on to people that just tape the full thing inside the window and will look for the border. You can try and trim the border off and tape it inside but if they catch you they'll ticket you for it.

They have always had to be stuck to the outside of the windshield, unless it changed this year.
Just one of the many things they look for that make it easy for them ;)

I hear the stickers don't take to pressure washing, rock chips, and lots of sunlight well, so one could just use paint protection film on both sides to protect them better.

To add: a second layer on the face of it would help for protection, and help with removal if the PPF holding it onto the windshield should get damaged.

This is now a $185 investment, and your only proof of purchase is a receipt printed on thermal paper. In an RV left in the sun in the desert. Best to protect it as much as you can.

Years past, i would use a static cling clear material and place the season pass onto this. Then cut the clear static cling film to match the sticker. This could be placed on the outside of the windshield. I had mine stolen on Gecko a few years ago and have since given up on that idea. Purchased 2 season passes for this year.

my truck sits out in the sun all the time. i live in palm springs area. when next season comes around i need to take a razor blade to remove it to put the new one on. last 3 seasons with a season pass never had an issue with it coming off.

Read the back of the pass, it says you cannot get the pass wet for 72 hours after application.
