I’ve got my eyes on this beautiful sand bronco and am wondering if anyone knows any history on it? Who built it?

The entire build is top notch, beautiful chassis, suspension, parts, etc.

Any chance that could be a Larry Minor sand Jeep with a Bronco body?
I have no clue so I’m useless

Possibly? Rear suspension is trailing arms though with a Currie 9” and 934’s and mid boards. Every minor I’ve seen is straight axle 🤷🏽‍♂️

I looked on the inter web at the Larry Minor jeeps and Whipple Jeeps.  I couldn’t find that much about the Whipple cars.  Maybe but it looks like they might not be in business anymore.

I dunno but a ride in that back seat through the dunes would be fuuuuuuuuuuunnnnn!!!!

There was a guy named lyle that owned a machine shop in el cajon that had a sand jeep with with this same setup. He even built a mid-engine/turbo 400 rail with the same hung 9” irs rear end. Could be his old one now painted
