With the amount of Government contracts they have it’s no wonder they were targeted. Looks like an undercover agent applied for a job and was hired using fake documents. Our local news has a list of multiple violations. I think they are in deep 💩💩
 
Well..as the saying goes..jobs you won't do,

I'd rather be a honey dipper than work at a PC shop.

PC shops are F'n death on a stick. Blasting media that almost guarantees cancer if you don't wear a respirator, Operating temps in the blast booth are too hot to wear the appropriate PPE, so no one does.

The poor fucks hanging all the material in oven rooms that could be 30+ ambient all day....it was over 100* for 113 days straight last year in PHX. That's more than a 1/3 of the year. 70 of those were over 110.

How nice is the fresh PC job boys?!!

So what your saying is it's Ok to steal someone else's ID and basically pay substandard wages for the job the employees are doing so you can make more profit? In a nutshell.

I think he was saying what you just said in a diff way. I’ve worked next to a powdercoat shop for 25 years and everything he said is true. And this particular shop under its old ownership hired only illegals and the owner who was colombian had no problem stating how worthless “mexican’s” are. That shop moved closer to the border and bay about 10 years ago. Their #1 customer is the US Navy

I'll probably piss my pants with laughter when PC becomes unionized in CA.
 
I worked at Western CNC (Ashcraft Racing's Machine shop) for a spell and was there in 2019 when ICE audited the employees and they lost about 80% of their workforce. It turned the whole company upside down and showed how much Danny Ashcraft was relying on Illegals to make his profits. My job was supervising the Golf Department, which was Titleist/Scotty Cameron Putters. All of them were; Milled by Illegals, Deburred by Illegals, Polished by Illegals, Painted by Illegals and Assembled by Illegals. Management in these shops is soooooooo out of touch with the rest of the world that they expected a new group of verified "legal" workers (still Hispanic with no ability to speak English) to pick up where the ICE crew left off (most had been there for 15+ years doing THE SAME JOB) and crank out the same production numbers, without Putter experience. The disconnect is crazy between the Shop owners and reality. I went to school with and grew up with his sons (Jesse and Adam) and never thought their Dad (and my Sister's Dad - exploiting Illegals at Allied Swiss) were these kind of people. But, they exist and have clear distinctions between who a valuable Human is and who is not.

Everyone is so shocked about these ICE raids, but this was normal in the 80’s. I remember watching on the news that Vans shoes was busted and hundreds were arrested. Companies were getting fined when audited by the INS. (INS is now ICE) SS# had to be verified if not the company could get in trouble with the Government.

Heck even Cheech Marin made a movie called Born in East LA in 1987 about being accidentally caught in a work raid and deported in to Mexico.

I worked for a construction company in the late 90s to 2000s and we had this guy Isaias (that's what we knew him by anyway) that worked for us under like 5 or 6 different SSNs and names. None of them were Isaias.
