RZR Turbo S with tensor 33in paddles.

I have a turbo s but not running tensor’s, running 32” strippers

sounds like alot of tire for 168hp.
It always amazes me to see STU sand blasters 33” comp cut or not being ran on a sxs. 😳 No disrespect my lil 2d barely pushes em on my car but man a belt driven sxs seems like so much tire.

Yeah that’s why am asking. They seem to have a lot of float compared to other tires and not sure I want to run the system 3 set up with all that front bite. I like to drift more than pull but still like running in 4 wheel drive.

I had them on a KRX and they worked really well. They are pretty light for a 33 and not a huge paddle. With the added power of the S I think they would work well.

Most of the rzr turbo's in the group i ride with run the tensor ss33 and they seem to do well, one of the guys put some on a pro r 4 seater and wasnt enough tire.   They are not really 33" the carcus is like 31" maybe a little less

I ran them them last season on a turbo R , and really liked them.  I kept them and bought a pro R for this season. I can t wait to see how they perform.

The turbo R had enough power to carry them, and they floated real well. Not sure if there will be clearance issues with a turbo S.

I spoke with the owner of triumph motorsports in corona and he likes those for anyone that doesn’t run in glamis full time. His recommendation is based on price and amount of use. Basically he said you could leave them in the garage and bust them out once a year and not worry about holding air and breaking down. He also said they’re a good but if you only do glamis there’s better options. So that’s why I’m stuck on the ss360 or the tensors.

Thank you, I am on the fence between these two probably the Tensor's as we do more than Glamis throughout the year and every place is different ,I really like the sand tires unlimited but are a little out of budget as I also need wheels

I've spoke with Tim Tynan (he own TNT Performance) at length via phone and internet regarding tires for the Pro R. He has tried just about any tire combo you can think of and has really good feedback on what they all will provide. Might be worth hitting him up via Facebook to see what he has to say (not sure if he's done any testing with the Turbo R or not).

He runs different setups in different dunes and has tried some wacky stuff (3 2 1 "tree" cut on paddles, front run backwards, outside paddles shaved, etc. for instance). He prefers SS360s at Glamis for "duning" but a slightly different setup. He runs the 33x12 front and back (fronts on a 7" wheel with 10" out back just because 12" wheels are so expensive). Says you wont win any drag races but they dune great and are tall enough the chassis wont bottom (emphasized now going shorter than the 33 SS360 but I don't know what those measure for height on various width wheels). He also like the 32 Blackbirds with that above "tree" cut and SS360s up front. Those seemed to be the most versatile setups at stock power levels in his opinion. He prefers to run in 4wd vs 2wd while duning.

I've spoke with STU quite a bit as well and they were great to deal with; might be worth giving them a call as well.
