RV Tires life expectancy

On a trailer, every 3 years for me. For an RV, it depends on the size you are running. if you are running 22.5's or pusher sizes, you can go 5 years, if running 19.5 or smaller (older class C's) I wouldn't go over 3 years. I know peeps on 22.5 that push it to 6-7 years with good results.
i push 6-8 years on my CC magna L rated tires in front stored outside but in the shade on north side of house (22.5)

10 years with Michelin tires, stored inside and parked on wood.

I got 6 yrs on my Hankook 22.5. The outsides looked perfect and I do use tire dressing. It was when I was under the coach that I noticed tiny cracks all over in insides if the tires.

10 years on my Michelin 295x85x22.5 on my RV. Stored outside. Sidewalls started cracking three years ago. The last few years I've only put 1000 miles per year on the RV. Bit the bullet and got new tires and powder coated wheels a few months ago. I gambled. I get new trailer tires on my business trailers every year but they do 1000-5000 miles a month.

You can tell when the rubber is getting shitty. Just run a fingernail into it and see if it feels like rubber or plastic.
