Thanks Wash 10…No, this was our neighbors house and he sadly passed away in August of 2022. His wife wanted to move closer to her grandkids in Idaho and offered the house to us before she put the place on the market. Places don’t become available in this area very often and the fact this 5 acres joins our 5 acres made it hard to pass up. We currently have 2 full time tenants but the intent was for traveling nurses and/or off campus CBU students. We just lost 2 of the traveling nurses, so thought I’d post here….
