Rolling Stones Drummer Charlie Watts Passed Away

58 years in the Rolling Stones.  Married to the same woman for almost as long.  Died peaceably in his sleep at 80.  Well done Sir.  RIP . . .

RIP.  I have seen the Stones twice in concert, awesome both times.

There have only been a handful of drummers who had such a style that other drummers understand instantly what is being asked of them by asking to play more like that drummer,

John Bohnam

Keith Moon

and Charlie Watts are three who have now passed on, only one remains

Ringo.

Talk about the elite of the elite. RIP Sir

One of my all time favorites.

RIP Charlie.  I have tickets for the tour when it hits Phoenix, bummer he won't be there.

Hadn't seen the Stones since Guns n' Roses opened for them at the Forum .. many.. many years ago. Glad I got to see him with the whole band.

Not a lot of (complete) bands left.

RIP Charlie!
